The French Quarter Inn is currently offering a special Thanksgiving package which includes luxurious accommodations, an afternoon wine and cheese reception, apple cider and hot chocolate in the evening and a three course meal at Tristan on Thanksgiving. Tristan is offering the special menu from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m and there are two courses plus a dessert. Chef Nate Whiting has created dishes such as Pumpkin Soup, New England Scallops, Truffled Mushroom Lasagna and Revised Roast Turkey. Dessert is a choice of Buttermilk Custard, Pumpkin Pot de Crème and Caramel Apple Bread Pudding.
Dining at Hall’s Chophouse on Thanksgiving is the perfect way to give thanks and share a nice meal with your family and friends. Dinner will be served from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the bar will be open until 2:00 a.m. Hall’s Chophouse will serve all their traditional menu items but special Thanksgiving dishes such as Southern Fried Turkey, Slow Roasted Prime Rive and Traditional Roasted Turkey. There are plenty of Southern sides to choose from including mac & cheese, pepperjack grits, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.
Slightly North of Broad
Slightly North of Broad will serve a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu on Thanksgiving Day from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The cost will be $39 for two courses or $45 for three courses. Dishes include Charleston Crab Soup, Confit Duck Risotto, Maverick Shrimp and Grits, Roasted Local Leg of Lamb and Roasted Local Keegan Farms Turkey. Save room for dessert because Slightly North of Broad will be serving traditional favorites such as Pumpkin Pie, Sour Cream Apple Pie and Sorghum Pecan Pie. The restaurant will also be serving specialty holiday drinks such as a Pear and Ginger Sangria and a Pumpkin Martini.
